Role: Recruiter & People Operations Specialist Base Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to lead recruiting across Blackthorn while also supporting core people operations work. You'll own the full-cycle hiring process for open roles company-wide — from intake through offer — while partnering with the VP of People Operations on onboarding, HR systems, and day-to-day operational support. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role suited to someone who enjoys both the relationship-driven work of recruiting and the precision of operational execution.
