Project Management Officer

Project Objectives: Support the IT Portfolio Governance function by ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with governance standards. The role is responsible for coordinating project governance activities, monitoring project costs and benefits, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication across project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Governance Maintain project governance documentation and ensure project documentation checklists are up to date. Coordinate regular project meetings and prepare meeting materials. Organize monthly Portfolio Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings. Monitor and review monthly project status across the portfolio. Coordinate with business users, Project Managers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment. Project Cost Management Monitor project cost trackers and ensure spending remains within the approved budget. Consolidate and prepare monthly project cost report
