Human Resources Generalist

Title: HR Generalist/Recruiter Location: Remote (Washington State preferred) 6 month contract to hire Pay: $30-32/hr Required Skills & Experience Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a combined HR/Recruiting role. - Experience managing payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes. - Proven full-cycle recruiting experience. - Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. - Experience with HRIS, payroll, and applicant tracking systems. - Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. - Experience recruiting within legal, immigration, professional services, or consulting environments is preferred.
