Not yet alive in the product.</p> <p>The Activation team exists to close that distance. To design the conditions that move a customer from the never to the yes: their first deposit, their first payment sent, their first card created, and their first real sense of what Mercury can do for their business. That first yes is not a feature or a metric. It is the beginning of a relationship.
