pubGENIUS is a React.js and Next.js development comapny and AdTech startup. We build web and AI products for clients across the US and Europe. Our focus areas include DeFi, fintech, and healthcare. We are looking for a Proposal/Business Development Specialist to join our sales team and bring a data-driven approach to acquiring new clients. Requirements Background in proposal writing, sales, marketing, or business development Strong English writing skills (minimum B2 to C1 level) Experience with client acquisition, outreach, and drafting leads Analytical mindset with experience in data collection, analysis, and strategy Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language What We Look For Strong attention to detail with the ability to self-review and improve written work Independent and proactive working style Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams Genuine interest in technology
