Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Staff Accountant/Senior Accountant will play a key role in overseeing capital asset accounting for a portfolio of hotels. The role will ensure capital asset activity is recorded accurately, timely, and in compliance with GAAP, SOX requirements, and Host's internal policies. In addition, the Staff Accountant/Senior Accountant will partner with property teams, Capital Financial Services, IT, to improve processes and leverage technology.
