Position Summary: The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is a professional Registered Nurse who reports to the unit director/manager. The ANM utilizes the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities during the assigned shift, supporting the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating unit services.
