Lending Regulatory Counsel

<h4><strong>The Role</strong></h4> <p>Block's US Regulatory Team sits at the intersection of financial services, licensing, and government relations, and is charged with ensuring that Block comply with the law and maintain strong relationships across a growing portfolio of federal and state regulators. The team advises on consumer and commercial lending, bank partnership arrangements, and the regulatory relationships that underpin them, working closely with business partners to ensure Block's lending products meet the highest standards of legal and regulatory compliance.</p> <p>Block is looking for a highly engaged regulatory counsel with experience advising on state and federal lending laws, including navigation of bank partnership issues.
