<h4><strong>About the Job:</strong></h4> <p>The LaunchDarkly legal team is expanding to support our rapidly growing company. You'll be reporting to the VP Legal, Commercial and joining a small (<em data-renderer-mark="true"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">but mighty</strong></em>) Legal team. You will be asked to leverage your contract negotiation and drafting skills and to collaborate cross-functionally with other teams at LaunchDarkly, all while working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. You will support the Sales organization by drafting, negotiating, and closing commercial transactions for the purchase of LaunchDarkly’s SaaS products. You will also manage a variety of vendor, channel, and partnership contracts.
