Job Description
The Supervisory Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) supports the Nurse Manager (NM) in Acute Care (1B) overseeing operations of a nursing unit/patient care area. Fosters team development, ensures compliance with standards of clinical practice, and serves as a key liaison between staff and leadership. Functions as a proficient clinician and is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing or overseeing direct patient care.
