<p>MongoDB’s Early Talent Recruiting Team is responsible for hiring our stellar summer interns and new graduates. As an Early Talent Recruiter, you will also support and own portions of the execution of our summer internship and new grad programs, ensuring that each and every early talent hire has an amazing experience at MongoDB.</p> <p>This is a hybrid role based out of Dublin.</p> <h3>In this role, you will</h3> <ul> <li>Lead full-cycle recruitment for interns and new graduates across multiple departments, including strategic sourcing, resume screening, initial phone interviews, and delivering offers to top candidates</li> <li>Oversee the planning and execution of the summer internship program, managing end-to-end logistics for events, coordinating high-impact speaker sessions, and cultivating strong relationships with interns to enhance retention and engagement</li> <li>Establish and strengthen strategic partne
