They will work closely with PMs teams and GTM teams to lay out the playbook, focus and execution on GTM actions for product priorities. They set the requirements and vision for product plays that can be amplified across the entire Field. Adoption Architects also works with product management to collect signals from the field and establish product-market-fit. They triage product escalations and represent the field perspective on strategic decisions.
