Chief of Staff - Marketing

<p>The Chief of Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a senior operator who oversees the operations of a 300+-person global marketing organization. You will design and own the operating system that enables MongoDB's marketing function to scale and move with speed, alignment, and discipline.
