<p>The Finance PMO & Enablement team is the connective tissue of MongoDB's CFO organisation — enabling teams across Finance to deliver strategic, scalable impact. We collaborate across FinOps (Accounting, FP&A, Data Analytics, Real Estate, Corporate/Venture Development, and Business Operations) to drive scalable processes, operational efficiency, and transformative outcomes.</p> <p>Our mission is to build a future-ready finance organisation — one that adapts, innovates, and accelerates MongoDB's growth through operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement. Program Managers are at the heart of how we deliver that mission — owning end-to-end execution of Finance transformation programs and ensuring that our initiatives land on time, in scope, and with measurable impact.</p> <p>We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model.</p> <h3>The Role</h3> <p>As
