Analytic Strategy & Execution-Vice President

Help shape how our branch network aligns staffing capacity to customer demand and sales opportunity through analytics, forecasting, and strategic execution. In this role, you will translate complex workforce signals into clear, scalable recommendations that inform real-world staffing decisions. We're looking for a strategy- and execution-oriented professional who is passionate about using AI/ML and analytics to drive real sales impact on our team. In this role, you'll set strategy and roll up your sleeves to deliver-designing, testing, and implementing analytics- and AI-driven solutions that directly improve how our branch teams operate and sell. You'll work closely with product, engineering, data science, HR, and business leaders to turn complex insights into solutions that are embedded in day-to-day workflows.
