Senior Program Manager, People Team (NYC)

<p>We are looking for a Program Manager to join our People Team, reporting to the Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer. In this role, you will drive large-scale, high-impact, and cross-functional programs that shape and evolve our People products and infrastructure. You will operate at both a strategic and executional level, partnering across the People Team, and with business and functional stakeholders across Finance, Legal, IT, and business leadership to deliver transformative initiatives that support Datadog’s growth.
