Senior Counsel

<h4><strong>About the Job:</strong></h4> <p>LaunchDarkly is hiring a Senior Counsel to support our growing legal function. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this role provides legal support across product, privacy, corporate, and employment matters in a global SaaS business.</p> <p>You will partner with cross-functional teams to help execute on legal workstreams, applying sound judgment to balance legal risk with business needs. This role is suited for an attorney who can independently handle defined work areas while escalating more complex or ambiguous issues.</p> <h4>Responsibilities:</h4> <ul> <li>Provide legal input to product, engineering, and go-to-market teams on data privacy, intellectual property, and compliance considerations, with support from senior legal team members as needed</li> <li>Translate legal guidance into clear recommendations for stakeholders, escalating higher-risk or novel
