Paid Media Specialist

Noventra Group Europe works with selected brands, suppliers, and retail partners across the European market, with a focus on product sourcing, procurement support, and commercial retail collaboration. As our partner brands continue to expand their presence across European retail channels, we are looking for a Remote Paid Media Specialist to support campaign coordination, audience research, paid advertising, and market development activities across Meta Ads and Google Ads. In this role, you will help promote selected brand and product initiatives, support campaign setup, analyze performance data, research audiences, and provide clear recommendations to improve campaign results. Key responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads - Support product and brand campaign research for European markets - Research audiences, competitors, and campaign angles across retail categories - Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
