Manager, Candidate Experience

<h3>About the Role</h3> <p>MongoDB is looking for an analytical, people-first, and execution-obsessed leader to manage our global Candidate Experience (CEx) function. In this role, you will own the end-to-end candidate journey operations across AMER, EMEA, and APAC—building a high-performing, resource-efficient team of coordinators and ensuring every candidate leaves with a positive, lasting impression, regardless of the outcome.</p> <p>We are looking for a strategic, data-fluent and operationally minded leader who can translate insights into executive narratives, proactively audit and re-architect workflows to ensure operational excellence and safely leverage automation and AI to scale how we work.
