Japan Communications Manager What you can expect The Japan Communications Manager will lead and elevate our public relations and external communications for Zoom in Japan. You will strengthen Zoom's corporate reputation and drive thought leadership. You will amplify narratives around AI-driven innovation, customer success, and partnerships to grow awareness and influence across the Japanese market. As part of the global Communications and Reputation team and the wider Marketing organization, you'll operate at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and relationship-building. You'll collaborate closely with the APAC Communications Lead, and partner with the Head of Japan. You'll also work with other senior leaders from Sales, GR, HRBP, AR manager, media, and industry stakeholders to bring Zoom's corporate vision to life in Japan. About the Team The Zoom Communications and Reputation Team crafts narratives that enhance Zoom's global reputation. It fosters media relationships and deli
