The Team: Millbrook Rise Centre is a 27-bed mental health subacute inpatient facility; we are a consumer-centred service with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery located in the beautiful Derwent Valley. We work closely with various services within not only Statewide Mental Health Services (SMHS) but also with the wider community services such as NDIS providers.
