Equity and Executive Compensation Director

We are looking for strategic and analytical individuals to drive innovative, competitive compensation rewards programs that attract, reward and retain our best assets, our people!</p> <p>To that end, our Global Compensation team is looking for an Executive Compensation Director to play a significant leadership role in designing, implementing and supporting MongoDB’s global compensation program. Reporting to the head of Total Rewards, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering core compensation initiatives (focused on, but not limited to, executive and stock compensation).
