Director, Global Process Owner – Quote-to-Cash

<p>MongoDB is seeking a Director, Global Process Owner (GPO) – Quote-to-Cash to serve as the single-threaded owner of the company’s end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process architecture across Cloud, Enterprise Advanced (EA), and Professional Services.</p> <p>This role is responsible for designing and governing scalable, durable Quote-to-Cash processes that support MongoDB’s evolving business models, product offerings, and global growth. The Director, GPO – Quote-to-Cash establishes global process standards, resolves design tradeoffs across functional pillars, and ensures Finance processes scale efficiently as transaction complexity and volume increase.</p> <p>This leader acts as Finance’s primary process design partner to IT, Product, Engineering, Deal Strategy, and Go-to-Market teams, ensuring that new products, monetization models, and operational workflows are implemented in a controlled and scalable manner.</p> <p>Importantly, this role does not r
