Job Description
Headquarters: , None, Philippines We are looking for a Toy Product Designer to conceptualize, design, and develop engaging and safe toy products for inclusion in kids’ meals. This role requires a strong sense of visual design, an understanding of child behavior and preferences, and strict adherence to toy safety standards. You will collaborate with marketing, manufacturing, and product teams to create toys that enhance the overall meal experience and delight children.Key Responsibilities: Design creative, age-appropriate toy concepts that align with current themes, trends, and brand objectives. Develop detailed sketches, 3D models, and prototypes using design tools (e.g., CAD, SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator). Conduct user research and testing with children or parent focus groups to gather insights. Ensure compliance with local and international toy safety standards (e.g., ASTM, EN71, CPSIA).
