We train custom image editing models for real estate, and are currently editing 25% of all US real estate listings! The role: Own customer retention; build systems, automations, and build relationships to ensure a customer never leaves once using the platform. Call un-subscribed customers to collect feedback and conduct our winback process Call customers who report low quality ratings in realtime to proactively prevent churn. Consult them on how to prevent the issue & share upcoming product updates. Proactively call existing users to collect feedback and proactively mitigate any churn risks.
