Sr. Startup Program Operations Manager

<p>We’re looking for a highly analytical, systems-oriented, and detail-obsessed Sr. Startup Program Operations Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of the MongoDB for Startups Program.</p> <p>This is a highly execution-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on creating structure and organization in high-growth environments. You will own the systems, processes, and operational rigor that power the MongoDB for Startups program, from application evaluation to lifecycle communications and performance dashboards.
