Senior Manager, Martech Transformation

<p>MongoDB’s Marketing Technology team is looking for a Senior Manager, Martech Transformation to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of our Adobe technology ecosystem. This is a senior individual contributor role with program management ownership, focused on driving the adoption, configuration, and integration of Adobe solutions across MongoDB’s marketing organization.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise with Adobe enterprise products, a strong product mindset, and the ability to operate as a strategic partner to marketing, IT, and analytics teams. You’ll serve as the internal subject matter expert on Adobe, owning the roadmap for implementation, governance, and continuous improvement across the suite.</p> <h3>Main Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Lead the implementation, configuration, and rollout of Adobe suite products across Marketing, including parts of AEM, Marketo Engage, Workfront, CJA, RTCDP,
