Senior Manager, Business Operations

<p>MongoDB is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations & Strategy to lead strategic and operational initiatives across MongoDB. In this role, you will serve as a key thought partner to senior leadership, sitting at the intersection of operations, analytics, finance, and product management. You will drive the development and execution of high-impact initiatives, manage a team of analysts and associates, and shape how the business makes decisions at scale.</p> <p>This role requires a seasoned leader with a strong strategic instinct, executive presence, and a track record of delivering results in complex, fast-moving environments.
