Director, Procurement

<p>MongoDB is seeking a highly motivated Director of Strategic Sourcing to lead a globally distributed team of Procurement professionals.  This role is responsible for driving complex strategic sourcing strategies across all spend categories in support of the company’s business strategies.  As a key member of the Source-to-Pay cross functional team, you will be called upon to fly at different altitudes to help executives and individual contributors make better purchasing decisions.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has the knowledge, skill, and discipline to transform the function into our next stage of growth.  You should have deep expertise in driving technology deals such as public cloud infrastructure agreements, SaaS, IT services, while still having working knowledge of Marketing, professional services, and other indirect categories.</p> <p>This will be a hybrid in-office role.
