Director of Product Management, AI Builder Experience

<p>We are looking for an outstanding and visionary product leader who is passionate about serving the AI builder  community. This person will define and drive the execution of our product strategy and roadmap across the builder journey with a growing portfolio that spans MongoDB's AI centric tooling -- such as our MCP server, Agent Skills, and AI framework support.  You will also serve as a bridge to ensure the AI builder experience interfaces well across our tooling, such as via the Intelligent Assistant in MongoDB Compass, mongosh (MongoDB’s shell), Atlas CLI, IDE-specific integrations and extensions and local development experiences, to libraries such as language drivers and application frameworks.
