Director, CEO Communications

<p>MongoDB is looking for a Director, CEO Communications to support the CEO across key communications moments for the company. This is a highly strategic, hands-on individual contributor role responsible for shaping and executing a clear, consistent narrative across customers, investors, and employees.</p> <p>The person in this role will help connect the dots across quarterly earnings, company All Hands, flagship customer events such as .local, and other key leadership moments. They will work closely with the CEO, CMO, the CEO’s Chief of Staff, Investor Relations, and cross-functional partners to ensure our messaging is aligned, credible, and grounded in the business.</p> <p>This is not a traditional communications manager role.
