Tax Specialist

<h3>About the Position</h3> <p>We are looking for a Tax Specialist to fill a newly created role on our expanding UK/EMEA Tax team. This role is based in our London office and offers a rewarding opportunity to gain regional tax experience while joining a firm that is growing globally. </p> <p>You will be responsible for Corporate income tax and Indirect tax (VAT) return compliance, filings and processes. You’ll work closely with colleagues and external stakeholders to manage tax filing deadlines, support ad hoc tax projects, improve tax processes, review ongoing tax law changes to identify their potential impact on the firm and assist with audits and enquiries raised by tax authorities.</p> <p>Other responsibilities of the role will include:</p> <ul> <li>Withholding tax (WHT) return compliance and filings and managing our internal WHT processes</li> <li>Transfer pricing (TP) study report reviews, master fil
