Regulatory Lawyer

<h3>About the Position</h3> <p>We are looking for an energetic and driven Regulatory Lawyer to join our Legal team in Hong Kong. </p> <p>In this role, you’ll provide clear and practical advice to teams across the firm and advise on both non-contentious and contentious regulatory matters.  You will be expected to:</p> <ul> <li>Provide legal and regulatory guidance across different asset classes (e.g., equities, listed and OTC derivatives, commodities, fixed income, digital assets)  and to coordinate legal advice in jurisdictions across the APAC region</li> <li>Partner with our Compliance team to advise on regulatory licensing, reporting and market access obligations, and to assist in preparing for and responding to regulatory inspections or investigations</li> <li>Be a key contributor on strategic projects and business development initiatives across the APAC region</li> <li>Wor
