Recruiting Coordinator - Campus, Early Careers Partnerships & Initiatives

<h3>About the Position</h3> <p>We are looking for a coordinator to support our recruiting team in the planning and execution of our campus recruitment strategy across multiple universities in the US. </p> <p>In this position, you will collaborate closely with our team to carry out various strategic initiatives and activities within campus recruiting. Your day-to-day will be crucial to the campus recruitment cycle, and some of your responsibilities will include assisting with the planning, execution, and staffing of campus recruitment events (on-campus, virtual, and in-office), representing Jane Street at events, managing job and event postings on internal and external platforms, and sending marketing and communications to candidates. </p> <p>We are looking for a smart, organized, enthusiastic professional who is eager to learn and develop a career in recruiting.
