<h3>About the Position</h3> <p>We are looking for an energetic and driven Legal Counsel to join our Legal and Compliance team in Hong Kong, focusing on our China business development. In this role, you’ll provide clear and practical advice to teams across the firm and help draft, review and negotiate trading-related contracts for our Asia business, with a particular focus on China. </p> <p>The types of agreements that you will help draft and negotiate include derivatives documents, commodities purchase agreements, broker agreements, terms of business, NDAs and financing agreements. We will also rely on you to:</p> <ul> <li>Respond to inquiries regarding existing and new contracts </li> <li>Provide direct legal support to the desk on new business initiatives</li> <li>Liaise with external counsel and other external advisers </li> <li>Negotiate with counterparties in China and ot
