Indirect Procurement Specialist

<h3>About the Position</h3> <p>We are looking for an Indirect Procurement Specialist to help our Procurement team provide sourcing and procurement support to several of Jane Street’s other internal teams, including Office Administration, HR, Travel, Recruiting, Creative Engagement, Accounting, and Facilities.</p> <p>You’ll work closely with stakeholders to plan an approach for upcoming needs and renewals, understand key requirements and expected outcomes for each project, develop and lead RFPs, and analyze and level bid responses. Negotiating agreements with suppliers will be a key focus of the role, ensuring that a contract encapsulates all of our requirements in collaboration with our Legal team. </p> <p>Once a contract is completed, you will raise purchase orders and oversee any invoicing discrepancies. Throughout this process, you’ll oversee supplier communications and work with stakeholders to build strong supplier relationships.&
