HR Rotational Coordinator

<h3>About the Position</h3> <p>We are looking for candidates who are interested in human resources to join our HR Rotational Program. </p> <p>The HR Rotational Coordinator role is a full-time position that will prepare you for a career in HR at Jane Street. Over the course of 2.5 years, you will spend time in at least three distinct areas of HR, where you will develop skills and relationships across the team and business before being permanently placed in a group on our growing global HR team.</p> <p>Depending on business needs, some rotations may include: New Hire Onboarding & Experience, Immigration & Mobility, Benefits & Leaves of Absence, Talent Development, HR Business Partner Support, International rotations to our Hong Kong or London office, and Campus & Lateral Recruiting. During each rotation, you will have exposure to and ownership over operational and strategic work in your areas, with opportu
