HR Generalist

<h3>About the Position</h3> <p>We're looking for an HR Generalist to support our employees in Singapore as part of our regional Asia HR team.</p> <p>This role is for someone who loves helping people and solving problems, particularly through making HR processes work seamlessly. You'll be the first point of contact for HR queries on the ground, fielding a wide range of employee and manager inquiries, advising on our policies and processes, assisting with benefit administration and connecting people with the training and support they need to be successful in their roles. You'll also help maintain HR databases with employee files and records. These responsibilities require incredible attention to detail and the highest levels of internal and external confidentiality.</p> <p>You'll work with enough autonomy to triage and resolve issues day-to-day, while collaborating closely with the wider regional team on approach and priorities.
