<h3>About the Position</h3> <p>We are looking for an analyst to work on our global capital markets team.  The analyst will have responsibility for many parts of the deal process, including:</p> <ul> <li>Performing due diligence including valuation analysis for primary, secondary, and other capital market offerings</li> <li>Representing the firm at meetings with corporate management teams and sell-side syndicate desks</li> <li>Working with our global team to expand the firm's presence in new areas within capital markets</li> <li>Interacting with sell-side sales and research contacts</li> <li>Precisely communicating valuation changes and investment theses to global trading teams in time sensitive environments</li> <li>Developing and evaluating trade ideas that involve fundamental catalysts or valuation insights</li> </ul> <h3>About You</h3> <ul> <l
