<h3>About the Position</h3> <p>We are looking for a strategic thinker and skilled relationship builder to help us spearhead the planning and execution of a range of campus recruiting initiatives to attract outstanding interns and full-time employees across multiple business areas. The ideal candidate will excel at cultivating productive relationships with universities and student organizations, enthusiastically engage potential candidates, and think critically about our strategy to build this talent pipeline.</p> <p>This role sits on our Early Careers Partnerships & Initiatives (ECPI) team, which is part of our broader global Campus Recruiting team.
