Senior Technical Program Manager, Knowledge Systems

<p>Datadog's Technical Solutions (TS) organization is composed of 1,100+ customer-facing technical experts around the world, from Sales Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Support Engineers, and Solution Architects, who work with prospects and customers across their journey with Datadog to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive growth through rapid product adoption.</p> <p>As a TPM on our team, you will serve as a multiplier for the TS Org by leading the Knowledge Systems program and driving cross-functional projects that improve how TS teams work. This is a hybrid program role: roughly half your time will be spent leading the Knowledge & Systems program (knowledge lifecycle, enterprise search, content governance), and the other half on systems and tooling projects across TS Ops. You will own program roadmaps, work cross-functionally to deliver scalable processes and tooling, and manage projects end-to-end from scoping through delivery.</
