The Customer Enablement Specialist turns that reach into results. You connect engaged learners to structured training plans that drive product adoption, customer success, and measurable business impact.</p> <p>This isn’t a sales or business development role — every conversation begins with an existing Databricks user or program participant. Your focus is on helping those customers move from initial interest to tangible capability: skilled teams, completed training milestones, and activated use cases.</p> <p
