The Role In this role, you will monitor, identify bioinformatics pipeline deviance from standards, and suggest modifications to ensure compliance. You will aid in developing or specifying standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness. Working closely with bioinformatics and software engineers, you will help design or develop automated testing tools to ensure the continuous operation of the bioinformatics pipeline.
